To log in to Startrader, Indian traders use two separate credentials: the client area is accessed with the registration email and password (for deposits, withdrawals and KYC), while MetaTrader 4 / MetaTrader 5 and WebTrader are accessed with the trading account number and its password. Enable and complete two-factor authentication if it is switched on, and reset a forgotten password from the client area.

Frequently asked questions

Why won't my Startrader account number log in to the client area?
The account number and its password are for the MetaTrader terminal, not the portal. Sign in to the client area with the email and password created at registration instead.
How do I reset a forgotten Startrader password?
Reset the portal password from the client-area 'forgot password' link. The MetaTrader trading (or investor) password is reset separately inside the platform or via support.
